6 Weeks of Fun, Challenges & Teamwork

Looking for something a little different to do with your dog?

Brigitte’s Indoor Dog Games is a fun 6-week program where dogs and their handlers work through a variety of games and challenges designed to encourage teamwork, confidence, communication and problem-solving.

Throughout the six weeks, you and your dog will have a go at activities including scent searches, tricks, target work, retrieves, cone exercises, accuracy games and team challenges.

Dogs work in small teams, with points awarded throughout the course. But don’t worry, this isn’t serious competition! The emphasis is on having a go, working together and enjoying time with your dog, rather than speed.

Each week introduces something different, building towards our final Indoor Dog Games Championship, where dogs can put their new skills to the test in a friendly final event.

Perfect for dogs and handlers who:

  • Enjoy learning something different
  • Want to have fun together
  • Like tricks, scent work and challenges
  • Want to build their dog’s confidence and focus
  • Are looking for something beyond traditional obedience training

🐾 Coming March 2027

Small class sizes. Places will be limited.

Is Indoor Dog Games Suitable for My Dog?

You do not need to have attended Brigitte’s Dog School before to join Indoor Dog Games. New clients are very welcome.

Indoor Dog Games will be held indoors at the Melton Girl Guides Hall in a smaller training space, so it is important that participating dogs are comfortable around other dogs and people and can settle reasonably well between activities.

When booking, all new clients will be asked to complete a short registration form about their dog, including questions about behaviour around other dogs and people, reactivity, aggression, over-excitement and boisterous behaviour.

If your dog is highly reactive, aggressive, extremely excitable or very boisterous around other dogs, Indoor Dog Games may not be the best starting point.

In this case, we may recommend completing our 6-Week Obedience & Manners Class first, giving you and your dog the opportunity to develop the focus, control and basic manners needed to enjoy Indoor Dog Games successfully.

Not sure? You are always welcome to contact Brigitte to discuss whether this class is right for you and your dog.
